Workplace is in read-only mode. Organization data will be available for system admins to download until May 31, 2026.

Report a bug on Workplace

  1. Click Quick help in the bottom left of Workplace.
  2. Click Report a problem.
  3. Select Is something broken?.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We also recommend adding a screenshot or video of the problem.
  5. Click Submit.

Report a bug on the Workplace Chat app

  1. Click your profile picture thumbnail on the top left.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Report a problem.
  4. Click Clear Cache to see if it resolves the problem.
  5. If this does not resolve it, describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Add a screenshot or video if possible.
  6. Click Submit.
