How do I set someone's Workplace timeline posts to the top of News Feed?

You must be an admin logged into Workplace from your computer to access this feature.
To promote someone's timeline posts to the top of your community's News Feed:
  1. From your News Feed, click Admin PanelAdmin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click People.
  3. Click More next to the name of the person whose posts you'd like to promote.
  4. Select Promote Posts in News Feed.
When you promote someone's posts, Workplace will automatically make everyone in your community a follower of that user.
Keep in mind that you can't set group posts to the top of someone's News Feed - only posts on a user's profile.
Turn off post promotion
To turn off a person's post promotions, follow the same steps as above but select Turn off Post Promotion.
When you choose to stop promoting a persons post, the followers that were added by promoting their posts will not be removed.
